About me

Welcome, and thank you for visiting my website. My name is Sarah and I am passionate about helping people. I have been working as a therapist for over 20 years, am a fully qualified Reflexologist and have studied many other therapies, including various types of energy healing. I am a Mum of three, have three dogs and love the outdoors.

I live in Beenham, not far from Thatcham and Newbury. I work from home in my garden therapy room and also distantly with energy healing. I have helped people all over the world with distant healing. This can be either through a video call or I can work from a photo. Please contact me for more information.

In order to understand your needs and also to get to know you, the first appointment will include an initial consultation. This helps me to design a therapeutic plan designed specifically for you. The plan could be mainly reflexology based or be a more mixed approach including other therapies depending on your individual needs. The plan can then be honed as treatments progress depending on what’s working best and as progress is made.
