Your 60 minute experience starts with a grounding and balancing foot technique that has the effect of resetting the mind, body and spirit. Followed by a gentle application of specific therapeutic grade essential oils to the back to balance and clear the body's energy centres. Moving gently into a Reiki treatment that combines intuitive techniques and Reiki healing energy to clear any energy blocks.

AromaReflex
Aromatherapy and Reflexology are combined in this treatment enabling you to gain the benefits of two therapies in one. After a detailed consultation is taken a carefully selected choice of aromatherapy oils are blended together to give you a bespoke oil especially for your needs. This oil is then used for the Reflexology session. The remaining oil is then yours to take away with you. We recommend that you continue to apply this to your feet once or twice daily so that you continue to receive the beautiful benefits of the oils.

The AromaTouch Technique
The AromaTouch Technique is the application of dōTERRA CPTG Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade essential oils along energy meridians and visceral contact points of the back and feet to help stimulate and balance sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems of the body.
This technique combines the unique benefits of human touch with the power of essential oils to create an overall wellness experience. A natural alternative to reduce stress, support the immune system, reduce infections and support homeostasis.
Treatments are £60 for 60 minutes
